The training landscape is evolving, and False Bay TVET College is at the forefront, recognizing that the traditional school product is not the only productive means of learning. False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are available at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites
These programs begin at NCV level two as well as bare minimum requirement would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Mathematics.
The moment the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they might then have attained a grade 10 certification. NCV Level 3 would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade 12.
NCV Level four is at the exit level, currently being equivalent to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade nine is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV amount 2 and that is equivalent to an NQF level 2.
